Take the Plunge!

Have you ever wanted to sign up for a race, join a specific type of group fitness class or do something totally out of your comfort zone?

Well I want to give my friend credit who just yesterday posted that she signed up for the Warrior Dash in three weeks.  She told me she wanted to get out of her comfort zone and test her physical fitness.  Her fitness journey started on the first night of boot camp, February 28, 2011.  She has made the commitment to be at every class and give 100%+ effort while she is there. 

Not only does an exercise program build endurance, strength and flexibility, it builds CONFIDENCE.  I admire her for just taking the plunge, signing up for the race and getting physically fit.  Way to go!
