Welcome!

Welcome back "re-enlisted" and new campers.

With a little hard work and determination you will achieve greater strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility in the next four weeks.

Make a commitment to yourself right now that you will give every workout 110% effort.  Please be sure to follow a sensible eating plan to go along with your exercise program, the results will be AWESOME!

Please bring plenty water, it's getting hot out there.
