I am having a proud mom moment. I am so excited and want to congratulate the ladies of Valley Girl Fitness Boot Camp. The total body fat loss so far is 11% between the campers that have weighed in so far (still have 8 more to measure). I hope they are bragging big time to all their loved ones and friends about their success.
It is all about commitment and determination. You must get in your head that you have to work hard and make lifestyle changes in order to see results. The amazing women have done just that. Cheers to you!
Speaking of making commitments to exercise, I now have a few options to help get you healthy;
Boot Camp - 4 weeks of calisthenics, strength-training, and flexibility. This is held outdoors in the Villages Subdivision (adjacent to Butterfield Elementary Duncan/Honeycutt). We will continue with summer camps. I will post schedule in the next week.
Zumba Gold - A latin-inspired dance fitness program for all levels of fitness. This low-impact dance party has easy-to-follow moves that is great for beginners and active adults. If you love a party this is your exercise class.
Turbo Kick - This class is a fusion of kickboxing moves and high-energy, motivating music. You will definately burn some calories while having a great time with this cardiovascular workout. No martial arts or kickboxing experience required. Open to all residents men and women.
If group workouts aren't for you, let me know, I can get you the right workout program that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
