Starting a new fitness program

Thank you to the people who came by my booth at the Salsa Festival last Saturday.  It was such a pleasure to meet you and I hope you those of you who I spoke with make it to one of my classes soon.

Why procrastinate, start a fitness program now.  I talked with a few people who just couldn't seem to fit even 10 minutes a day of exercise into their schedule but really wanted to lose weight or feel healthy.  There are 24 hours in a day and I believe with a little scheduling and time management you could do it.  A few suggestions would be to get up 1/2 hour earlier,  stay up a 1/2 hour later, use your lunchbreak, or exercise right when you get home from work.

Make small changes first.  It takes 21 days to get into a habit.  Make exercise a part of your day just like brushing your teeth.  Spread it out.  Do 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes during the day and 10 minutes in the evening.

Not only does exercise aid in weight loss, but you will have more energy to carry out your everyday activities.  Your blood cholesterol levels will reduce, you will be at a lesser risk for heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes along with other chronic diseases.

You will be a happier, creative and more personable.  You will feel GREAT!

Please contact me if you would like a more information on wellness programs.  Do it for yourself.  Do it for your loved ones.
