So you keep telling yourself "I need to lose weight", "I am going to start exercising", "I need more energy", etc., but haven't started doing anything about it yet. What are you waiting for? Are you unsure of where to start?
You MUST make an effort to find an exercise program that excites you and one that you will stick with. I know it's hard (been there).
You MUST start out small. You can't climb the mountain without first going up the mole hill.
Don't be discouraged! Talk to yourself in a positive manner. If you can only do a 20 minute workout instead of 30 minutes, celebrate the time that you did exercise.
Small bouts of exercise are better than none at all. What about your food consumption? I believe in the saying "You are what you eat". Do your eating habits play a major role in your weight issues?
