What you missed!

Congratulations to those campers who attended last night!  You guys really showed that you have strength and determination, great job. 

Boot camp is meant to push yourself to the finish, no matter how long it takes.  There is nothing better than the feeling of accomplishing something you set out to do.  Tell yourself you can do it.

You can reach your fitness goals by making a commitment to yourself.  Decide (before your workout) at what intensity you are going to work.  Example:  "I am going to give it my all and go extreme today", or "I am going to go at a moderate pace but I am going to finish."  Just remember how great you felt at the end of your workout, it will definately get you excited and motivated to keep exericising. 

Remember, it doesn't have to be a Monday to start an exercise program, start today!
