Find your base level of fitness so you can track your success. You must have a goal(s). Make your goals specific, measurable, acceptable, reachable, and time-specific. Give your goals specifc numbers. Example, I want to lose 4% body fat in 4 weeks. This is an achievable goal.
Whether you join a boot camp, gym, or do home workouts it is important to visualize your goals. You are in charge, you have to do the work.
