Valley Girl Fitness Bootcamp

Are you in an exercise rut or looking for a way to kick it up a notch? 
Do you want to start an exercise program but need a little (alot) of motivation?

Join our 4-week bootcamp and get amazing results. 

You'll get a total body workout at every camp.  We focus on cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, and agility.  Experience a different exciting workout at every session.

Camp cost:  $67.00 for 4 weeks
Camp days and time:  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday @ 7:00pm
Camp location:  Villages Subdivision (corner of Duncan / Honeycutt RD - across from Butterfield Elementary - use the school parking lot)  

Bootcamp start-up meeting on Saturday, February 26 @ 9:00am Basha's (outdoor patio)  coffee will be provided.
